In the context of organisational change, the DARE to Change framework presents a comprehensive approach for leaders seeking to enhance their effectiveness through strategic leadership development and coaching. The first stage, Discover, involves a thorough assessment of existing leadership capabilities within the organisation highlighting any gaps. This process not only identifies areas needing improvement but also highlights the strengths that can be leveraged, allowing leaders to understand where they stand in relation to their goals.

The next step, Align, focuses on synchronising the organisational values with those of its leaders and teams. This alignment is crucial as it fosters a cohesive culture where employees feel valued and engaged. By understanding individual and collective strengths, leaders can create environments that encourage collaboration and innovation, ultimately enhancing overall performance and morale across the organisation.
